THAI MASSAGE AND BODYWORK
Feel lighter. Move better. Reset your body.
Thai Massage & Bodywork is a deeply restorative form of hands-on wellness care that blends assisted stretching, deep tissue work, and mindful breathing. Unlike a traditional oil massage, Thai bodywork is often performed fully clothed on a mat or massage table, allowing your practitioner to guide your body through supported stretches and pressure techniques designed to release tension and improve mobility.
At Evolution of Wellness, Thai Massage & Bodywork is ideal for people who feel stiff, tight, overworked, physically drained, or simply in need of a full-body reset.
What to Expect During a Session
During your Thai Massage & Bodywork session, you will remain comfortably clothed in loose or flexible clothing. Your practitioner will guide you through a series of supported movements, stretches, and pressure techniques based on your comfort level, mobility, and goals for the session.
Thai bodywork can be gentle and relaxing, firm and energizing, or somewhere in between. Your practitioner will check in with you and adjust the pressure and stretches to your comfort level.
